Athlete Setup
Enter the athlete once. The intelligence pipeline uses the same data across programming, coaching, and athlete views.
Capture Center
Manual entry and guided calibrated photos feed one verified athlete record. Capture method never changes the programming logic.
JW Fitness Structural Standard / BioLever-Named Inputs
Source of truth: JW-S1.0. The 12 BioLever-named measurement families are captured using the versioned JW Fitness Provisional Structural Standard until an official BioLever protocol is supplied. Raw values, left/right values, landmark definitions, and protocol versions are preserved so official mappings can be added later without destroying history.
Performance Profile
Rate current qualities 1–5. These ratings influence diagnosis and priority; they never rewrite structural measurements.
Quantitative Test Data
Optional at first, but strongly recommended. These baselines allow the Adaptive Dose layer to become more precise and let the app identify missing information instead of guessing.
Program Settings
Session Check-In
Quick readiness and response data can approve, hold, or reduce the next planned dose. It never overrides the training goal or structural setup.
Performance Coach Workbench
Deep analysis is available here, but it stays out of the coach and athlete interfaces unless explicitly opened.

Methodology & Validation Notes
Sport and position set demand weighting. Performance data sets current need. Structural/BioLever-inspired logic modifies geometry and fit. Three-Speed governs intent. The exercise hierarchy governs progression. Isometric and contrast systems organize specific methods. Barefoot/foot-to-core and sling concepts modify or explain movement only when relevant.
Default individualization: keep the movement when practical, then adjust angle, stance, ROM, grip, implement height, load, tempo, rest, or intent. Substitute the exercise only when a meaningful constraint or clearly superior goal-specific fit justifies it.
